Boust Design, a multi-disciplinary design studio based in Malta, approached me during a critical stage of their growth. Sita, the founder, needed a Brand Strategy Document that could serve both as an internal guide for her team and as a tool for communicating the company's vision to external stakeholders. She wanted the document to articulate the essence of Boust Design in a way that resonated not only with her employees but also with clients and partners, while reflecting the passion and depth she felt for her startup.

After discussing Sita’s vision and goals, I developed a Brand Strategy Document that encompassed the company’s Mission, Vision, Values, Brand Positioning, and Personality. The aim was to create a resource that could guide internal efforts while also presenting a clear and compelling narrative to external stakeholders. The document was designed to ensure that everyone—from team members to clients could understand and connect with Boust Design’s purpose and direction.

Understanding the importance of this early phase, I approached the project with care, knowing that this strategy would be foundational for both internal operations and external relationships. The final document captured the spirit of the brand and provided a framework that could evolve with them as they grew.
